Bubblegum Challenge

Gather everyone around in a circle. Give them all the same amount of some good tasting bubblegum. Each person then takes a turn blowing a bubble to see who can make the biggest one. This challenge can be fun with as little as two people or make it interesting with the girls competing against the guys. Split them up into teams with the middle schoolers competing against the high schoolers. No matter how they compete, the challenge will be exciting.

100 Layer Challenge

For this challenge, you and your friends have to put on 100 layers of something. For example, if you do a 100 layer makeup challenge, you have to choose a make-up product and apply 100 layers of it on each other. 100 Layer challenge can also be done with clothes or with fewer layers.

The Wasabi Challenge

All of you who know about Wasabi would really under that the challenge.

The challenge is about eating one teaspoon of Wasabi in under one minute. The fastest one wins.

Go ahead, try it!

The Guess That Song Challenge

There are multiple variations of how to do this challenge. You can play a song clip backwards, hum a song, give each other hints to guess the song title, whatever you want! There’s really no wrong way to do a challenge like this one unless you’re not having fun.

Tin Can Challenge

In the Tin Can Challenge, you simply take off the labels to the tin cans you have in your house, mix them up, and then eat out of each of them with a blindfold on.

The Cinnamon Challenge

While it tastes great when lightly sprinkled on many different foods, the cinnamon challenge is not as easy as it sounds. To successfully complete this challenge, you have to eat a tablespoon of cinnamon in a minute or less without drinking any liquids.

Before attempting this challenge, you and your friends might want to watch a video of someone else attempting the cinnamon challenge. It is said to leave you with a burning sensation, so you may or may not want to think twice before trying this challenge that looks deceptively easy.

French Fries Challenge

A non-participant should make a trip to several fast food restaurants getting fries. Leaving them in the containers from the restaurants, they should be hidden from the participants. Each participant will need a blindfold and when the challenge begins they will all be given a fry from each place one at a time trying to guess where the fry came from. Of course, the best guesser will be given a point for each correct answer and in the end, the one with the most points wins the challenge.

7-second Challenge

The 7 Second challenge requires you to choose a simple task, like tying your shoes, making a sandwich, or figuring out the answer to a math equation, and challenge your friends to complete the task in 7 seconds!

Raw Onion Challenge

This is one of the easiest challenges to do with friends and also the challenges you can do at home.

Well, as the name says, all you have to do is eat a raw onion. Try it to find out if it is as simple as it looks like.

Raw Onion Challenge Standard Rules
Use standard brown/yellow onion. You should avoid red or salad onion.
The onion weight must be around 210g after peeling, tailing and topping
You should take the next bite after the one mouthful has been swallowed
Anyone can drink a cold water at anytime while the challenges
You should not attempt this raw onion challenge multiple times in one day

Blindfolded Hairstyle Challenge

In the Blindfolded Hairstyle Challenge, one contestant will be blindfolded while they painfully create a hairstyle on another contestant. Have fun with that.

Hot Pepper Challenge

This challenge is another spicy one. Do you think you can eat an entire hot pepper? It is up to you and your friends to decide which pepper to eat. For this particular challenge, it would be cruel to not allow the participants to drink water.

There are a wide variety of hot peppers to choose from. From habanero peppers, which are very hot, to ghost peppers, which are even hotter, it is up to you and your friends to do your research on the various types of peppers that are available.

Ice Bucket Challenge

Well, an ice bucket challenge is nothing new to us. With popular and well-known celebrities such as Bill Gates taking the ice bucket challenge, who wouldn’t want to give it a try? It is pretty simple.

The objective of this challenge is that one of the friends has to dump a bucket of ice water on top of themselves and donate money to charity. Then, that friend can nominate other friends to take the challenge and so on.

The one who contributes the most to charity is the winner. This is the best challenge on our list as it is about helping people.

Smoothie Challenge

Taking all kinds of ingredients from ketchup to blueberries, the Smoothie Challenge has contestants pick pieces of paper out of a bowl naming the ingredients they’ll use. They must put those ingredients in their blender and make the random smoothie. Of course, then they have to drink the mystery concoction.

Warhead Challenge

This particular challenge is not spicy, but it sure is sour. If you have never had them before, Warheads are a small candy that are extremely sour for the first few seconds. With this challenge, you and your friends will compete to see how many pieces of this candy you can eat at once.

Disney Challenge

This is one of our favorite challenges! What you and your friends can do is listen to various songs from Disney and make guesses about the song’s name and the movie it was featured in.

Oh and there is a time limit of 10 seconds too. If you are wondering how to carry out this challenge, here is how. One of the friends can pick and select a random song and show the snippets of that to other friends. The friend who guesses the right song and movie name gains two points.

After ten to twenty snippets have been shown, the person with the greatest score is the real Disney star! You can add variations to the game by forming two to three teams or subtracting points on incorrect guesses to make the challenge more fun.

Chubby Bunny Challenge

Mom always said, “Don’t talk with your mouth full,” but that doesn’t count for this challenge.

Grab a partner, a bowl, and a whole mess of marshmallows to see who can last the longest. Start with one marshmallow in your mouth and say, “Chubby Bunny.” If you can say it clearly then move on to the next round where you will add another marshmallow to your mouth and say, “Chubby Bunny” again. The challenge continues until the first person can no longer say the words, or the first person loses a marshmallow out of their mouth.

No Mirror Makeup Challenge

This is one another wonderful challenge to do at home which will hurt your stomach from laughing at the end. In this make up challenge, you have to apply make up on your own face without a mirror.

Decide a time limit with your friends and then take pictures to see the job that you have performed. I am sure this will be one of the most memorable challenges to do with friends.

Say Anything Challenge

As exciting as the name sounds, this challenge is more interesting when you play it! While two friends can participate, it is better if more friends are playing. What you have to do is say whatever word that comes to your mind on your turn.

The next person has to say a word beginning with the letter that your word ended with. For instance, if you said “train,” your friend has to say a word beginning with the letter “n.” Moreover, no words can be repeated; whoever repeats a word and pauses for more than one second when saying the word is punished.

The punishment can be anything, but usually, it is to put scotch tape on the speaker’s face. You can be creative and think about other penalties. The game ends when all participants cannot think of any more words, and the winner of the challenge is the one with the least scotch tape on their face.

Foot Ice Bath Challenge

Contestants in the Foot Ice Bath Challenge fill a tub full of ice water and try to place their feet inside and keep it there for as long as possible.

Water in the Mouth Challenge

Laugh all you can but not when there is water in your mouth! That’s what this game is about. The challenge is pretty simple and can be played by only two friends.

What you and your friend can do is sit on opposite sides facing each other and take a drink of water. Different funny sound clips will be played in the background, and the players have to control their laughter. When one of them laughs, the water spits out on the other player. The friend who can hold the water longer is the winner.

Make sure where you carry out this challenge is not an indoor location as the games get messy and wet very quickly. Another tip is to keep some distance between the two players so that the players get less wet. Or you can close the distance if you want to make sure the players get really wet.

Extreme Saltine Challenge

This is another food challenge and a pretty simple one at that. What you and your friends have to do is eat the maximum number of saltines within sixty seconds.

The rule is that you can eat only one saltine at a time. Drinking water is allowed, but you cannot dip the saltines in water before eating. Saltines are very dry and it is very challenging to swallow it. The friend who can eat the most is the winner.

Ice Cream Challenge

This food challenge is full of surprises. Fill a bowl with various food items written on pieces of paper. These food items will be used to make ice cream sandwiches. When choosing foods, keep in mind that they have to be able to serve as a receptacle for the ice cream.

Some ideas for foods include lettuce, bacon, hamburger buns, burger patties, graham crackers, cookies, waffles, and pancakes. It will be fun to see who gets the delicious ice cream sandwiches and who gets the less appetizing ones.

Hamburger Challenge

Just like the French Fry challenge, this challenge also involves fast food restaurants. A non-participant will need to visit as many restaurants as possible to buy hamburgers for each participant. You can always cut each burger in half since you probably won’t eat the whole thing anyway. Once the burgers are ready the participants must then put on their blindfolds and begin the challenge. As they taste each one, they must guess where it came from. If the answer is correct they get a point. The winner of this challenge is the one who gets the most points.

Beans and Chopsticks Challenge

The Bean and Chopstick Challenge is a fun game that you can play at home with your friends or at a party. In this challenge, each participant is given a bowl of beans and a chopstick. Now, each person has to use the chopstick to get the beans into an empty bowl. Whoever manages the highest number of beans using the chopsticks wins the challenge.

Blindfolded Drawing Challenge

The Blindfolded Drawing Challenge is also pretty self-explanatory. After putting on a blindfold, the contestants draw an object as well as possible. The person who draws the object best wins.

Egg Drop Challenge

You may have done this experiment when you were in school, but it can also be a fun challenge to do with your friends. You will need raw eggs and various materials including tape, paper, newspaper, straws, and paper towels.

You and your friends will each attempt to build something for the egg in a limited amount of time. Then you will drop the eggs from at least 2 stories high and you will see which eggs survive the fall.

Lemon Challenge

This is another one of those challenges that you’ll want to do in the kitchen.

Set up a table with plenty of sliced lemons for everyone. Invite your friends to sit around the table and let the competition begin. Yes, you guessed it. The idea is to see who can eat the most lemons without spitting them out. Pucker up and have fun with this challenge.

The Powdered Donut Challenge

In the Powdered Donut Challenge, contestants must try to eat five donuts in under 1 minute. It’s harder than it sounds, but also about as dumb as it sounds.

The Cotton Ball Challenge

You’ll need a blindfold, two bowls, a large kitchen spoon, and a bunch of cotton balls for this challenge. Set a timer or designate a certain number of scoops and while blindfolded, you must hold the empty bowl on your head and scoop some cotton balls from the other bowl into the one on your head. The person who scoops the most cotton balls wins.

Pop Rocks Challenge

The Pop Rocks Challenge involves shoving an ungodly amount of pop rocks in your mouth while proceeding to drink soda. And, like a mad scientist, try to keep the chemical reaction in your mouth for as long as possible.

Memorize Challenge

With this challenge, a non-participant should prepare a tray and place numerous items on it. It’s then up to the non-participant to display the tray for a few seconds for each person to see. As the tray makes its way around, it’s up to each participant to try and remember what’s on it. When the tray is hidden, each person should write down what they saw. The person that has the most items right wins the challenge.

Pizza Challenge

In the Pizza Challenge, lucky contestants select bags of pre-made mystery items to put on their pizza. Then they bake it and must eat it regardless of what they put on it. Here’s hoping rusty nails is not a mystery item.

Soda Challenge

The biggest challenge to this one might be for the person who has the job of finding twelve different soda flavors.

Compete with a friend and guess the taste of each soda. The best way to play is to be blindfolded so that you can’t see the color of the soda. You can smell if you want, but remember, the taste doesn’t always match the smell. You get a point for each correct guess, and you guessed it, the person with the most points without getting sick wins the challenge.

Card House Challenge

Everyone grab a deck of cards, find a sturdy place, and start building the best house you can without knocking it over because if you do, you lose. Okay, so it might sound old-fashioned and corny, but sometimes the older games and challenges are the most popular.

Duplicate Image Challenge

This one is simple: find an old photograph or painting you like, and then try to recreate it. If you are with old friends, you can look for an old picture and recreate it. If you want to play this as a competition, you can look all recreate old pictures and post it on Instagram, the picture with the highest likes wins.

The Whisper Challenge

Much like a game of telephone this challenge is always fun to find out what the other person thought they heard.

You will need some noise canceling headphones and a few friends to make this challenge more fun. Each person must have their headphones on and cranked up with their favorite music. The first person starts the challenge with a random phrase that can be drawn from a prepared pile of phrases, or by finding random fun stuff from the internet. Tell the first person the phrase and then the next person repeats what they think they heard from lip reading and so on until the last person is left. In the end, the person who started the phrase can then reveal what it was supposed to be.

If you want to complete this challenge using two people, the first person can give a phrase and repeat it three times until the person either gets it right or continues to make a mess of it. Each person can take turns until someone finally gets it right or the time runs out.

Mustache Photo Challenge

Put on a fake mustache, take a selfie and post it online. The person with the highest likes by the end of the day wins.

Jump Rope Challenge

Each person is given a jump rope and a time limit. A non-participant should be the “counter.” Set a timer and let the competition begin. The idea is to see who can jump the most amount of times within the time limit without falling. Each time the rope hits the pavement that counts for a jump. It sounds easy, but is it? Go find out!

YouTube challenges are everywhere.
Just about any channel you check out today is taking on some of the funniest and (at times) weirdest challenges that they can think of.
We have collected 28 of the most popular YouTube challenges that are a great way to get views. Here is a very quick compilation of 21 that Door3 accomplished in 2 minutes(!).

Watch this video on YouTube
So why are they doing it?
Well, because for some reason, viewers just can’t get enough. Many of these videos have 1+ million views, and even channels without millions of subscribers are seeing huge jumps in their views by delivering entertaining YouTube challenge videos. It’s as simple as setting up your vlogging camera, and letting the madness begin.
Check out vlogger Paul Greenberg who saw 10 times more than his typical view numbers by posting an entertaining 10,000 calorie challenge video.
The motive is clear: YouTubers want more views, and viewers love to watch YouTube challenges.
So what can you do? Well, the good news is that there are a ton of options. They might not all be that fun in the moment, but you are just about guaranteed to have some laughs, and an entertaining video to show for it. Your audience will love it and you can take suggestions from them on what challenge you should take on next.
This is probably obvious, but do not anything unsafe or potentially life threatening. There are too many crazy (but true) stories about people harming themselves by accident while trying to get internet famous. Have a friend around when you try some of these out, and think very carefully about any elaborate new ideas.
We want all our YouTubers happy and vlogging at full health ?

28 of the Best YouTube Challenges

#1 – Cinnamon challenge

The cinnamon challenge is one of the original YouTube challenges and dumb things that too many of us have tried with our friends. It seems so simple, maybe even tasty, but it is VERY difficult. Cinnamon does not go down easy.
If you are looking for a laugh… get someone else to do it, and make sure that you have your camera for YouTube turn on to capture the moment :). Have a look at this classic video by GloZell that has a whopping 50+ million views.

This video took off and propelled her to status of internet fame for her hilarious reaction. She regularly gets 10+ million views by completing some of the additional challenges below.

#2 – 10,000 calorie challenge

There are many variations of this one. It was called the Michael Phelps diet for a while because of the swimmer’s famous level of food consumption. Now you mostly see it take on the title of a gigantic number of calories (10,000+).
The idea is eat a TON of stuff in one sitting or in one day. Most people stock up on fast food like McDonalds and Burger King to get the most calories possible per bite. It is not as easy as it seems, and usually by the end of the videos, vloggers have some pretty hilarious reactions.

#3 -What’s in the box?

What IS in the box anyways? That is what these YouTubers need to figure out. The idea here is to feel around with your hands inside a box until you have solved whatever mysterious item your partner(s) in crime have left there for you. The more outrageous videos include some sort of live animal, or just something really gross. Those tend to get the best reactions (for the audience at least).
Here is an example from DerekDeso:

#4 – Diet Coke and Mentos

Putting Mentos into a Diet Coke bottle is one of the simple pleasures in life. Watching the coke explode from the bottle is cooler than any volcano that you built as a kid.
So what happens when you put that same combination in your mouth?
Well… let’s let ReactionResponseKing show us:

#5 – Cake challenge

This one is what you might call, fun for the whole family. There are many different versions of the cake challenge, and you can choose whatever works best for you. It could involve baking a cake with ridiculous ingredients – usually designed to be a surprise by picking ingredients from a hat. You could a cake cook off, or cake decoration contest among two or more contestants.

#6 – Not my arms

Combining on person’s body with another person’s arms is just about guaranteed to be a good time. You can go a few different ways with this one. You might just be silly and make your viewers laugh with one person speaking, and another acting how their arms might act.
Or you can make things more difficult – and probably more fun. Try to do something challenging as a team and get it all on film.
Bonus: make it something that can get messy like Rosana Pansino with Manny Mua.

#7 – Eat it or wear it

Some of the best Youtube challenges are messy, so let’s stick with that for a moment. You can tell just by reading the name of this challenge, that it whoever in the video is likely going to get covered with something.
Challenges To Do With Your Freinds
Here are the rules: two or more people will take turns making a big decision: eat it, or wear it? That person will be given with an item (the weirder the better) and they can decide if they are willing to eat it. If they don’t then they wear it – all over everything.
The catch is that whatever you choose to do, the people around the table have to do the opposite. If you eat, they wear ?

#8 – Ghost pepper challenge

This one is pretty simple, and not for the faint of heart. A ghost chili pepper is one of the most intense, spicy foods in the entire world. Is it any surprise that it is hilarious to watch the reaction of anyone who dares try it?
Tip: Make sure you have some milk near by and only eat a very small amount – eating too much (2+ pounds) kill you!

#9 – Saltine challenge

Similar to the cinnamon challenge listed above, the saltine challenge is a classic that will leave your mouth asking “why are you doing this to me??”
It’s quick, and it doesn’t sound tough, but it is nearly impossible for most people. All you need to do is eat 6 standard saltine crackers in a minute or less with no water or liquids to help.
Easy right? Good luck ?

#10 – What’s in my mouth

This Youtube challenge sounds… awkward. It is a set up in the boldness of the ‘what’s in the box’ challenge. One participant is blindfolded, and another places items in the first person’s mouth. The game is to guess what the heck is actually in there.
Make sure you film this with someone who has a sense of humor to make it a good video. Just make sure that person doesn’t have a secret grudge against you, because it could get very unpleasant in a hurry.
Here is a good-natured version of the challenge from Jenna Marbles. Some other versions definitely get riskier.

#11 – The floor is lava

This YouTube challenge is blowing up in a big way. It is based on a game where anyone can yell ‘the floor is lava’ and others in the area have 5 seconds to figure out how to not be touching the floor. It can cause hilarious chaos in bigger groups, especially in interesting places.
Another version of this challenge is trying to get from point A to point B without ever touching the floor. You know… because it’s lava.

#12 – Gum challenge

Another simple challenge that probably tastes better than some other son this list. You can keep it very simple and just eat a TON of bubble gum. Let’s say about 100 pieces?
You can also make things more interesting by making it a showdown between two people. Here is an example with Romeo Lacoste, and Griffin Arnlund.

#13 – Whisper challenge

You might have seen this game featured on Jimmy Fallon’s show with celebrity guests. Luckily, you don’t need celebs for hilarity to ensure.
You will need noise cancelling headphones that can play music into at least one participants’ ears. The first person will draw an unknown word or phrase, and then whisper it softly to the second person who is listening to loud music. That person needs to read lips in order to understand. They can then guess what they think it is.
Bonus: If you have more than two people, you can keep the guessing going from person to person like a game of broken telephone.

#14 – Draw with a blind fold

Test out your art skills with this challenge. Blindfold yourself and try to draw something. Anything will do! Take suggestions from a friend, or better yet from your audience members.
You can crank up the stakes by making blindfolded art with messier objects like paint or glue.

#15 – Cotton ball challenge

Another family friendly challenge between two or more contestants. All you need is a blindfold, a big spoon, 2 bowls, and a bunch of cotton balls. Each person takes a turn wearing the blindfold. Then they spoon as many of the cotton balls as they can from the first bowl to a second bowl they are holding on their head.
After each turn, count them up, and at the end a winner will be declared!
Here is an example from TiffyQuake.

#16 – Try not to laugh

Usually a good laugh for you and the audience. Find and do hilarious things, and try to keep a straight face. Or make the challenge one for your audience and challenge them to hold it together.

#17 – Accent challenge

This is a good one to realize that most people are not very good at accents. That doesn’t meant they shouldn’t give it a try and put it on their YouTube channel!

#18 – Brain freeze

This also goes y the name ice bath challenge, and according to most participants… it sucks. Just not for your viewers!
Plunge your body into a bath full of ice and see how long you can last. Or try and answer questions and complete other tasks while you are distracted by the cold.
Bonus: For the truly brave, stick your head right into the water. Thus the brain freeze.

#19 – Chubby bunny

More stuff in your mouth! This is a good quick laugh. Stuff your mouth with food (ideally marshmallows) and see if you can still say the phrase ‘chubby bunny.’

#20 – 7 second challenge

The premise is simple – read a challenge and then complete in 7 seconds or less. The surprise factor is always fun, and it keeps you and the audience on the toes by going through the different activities in rapid fire.
Bonus: Make it a competition and you will get a ton of 7 second races in a row like Matt Slays and Rebecca Zamalo

Something tells us that nobody clicks on these videos because they are into chapstick.

#27 – 100 shirts challenge

Put on 100 shirts. All at the same time. That’s it. Think you can do it?
